Bell transfer almost at an end?

The lamentable crisis at Kenilworth Road looks like proving beneficial to Norwich as the transfer of midfielder David Bell comes to fruition.

This morning's Daily Mirror has a £600,000 fee in place for the former Rushden man, who spent the end of last season on loan at Leicester, who, like Luton, were relegated.

The paper reports that the whole Hatters squad is up for sale and that Bell, who had attracted interest from a number of Championship clubs, will have a medical today.
