The Canaries have enjoyed a great season since achieving promotion from League One last term and still sit fourth in the table, eight points behind current table-toppers QPR, despite suffering only their third away defeat of the season at Burnley on Saturday.
Holt told Canaries Player: "We always look forward. QPR is the team to catch and that's who we're looking to get. People keep saying we're overachieving but we are there now.
"With the players, management and staff that we've got, we want to win the league. We know we're in a position where we can do it, so we'll drive on.
"Nobody expected us to be up there but we are. We've got a fantastic belief and desire to stay in there and I'm sure, with the performances we have shown, anyone looking from the outside in will realise we deserve to be where we are."
"We started the season realistic that it was [a time of] consolidation, but we've done better than we believed. We've played in a way that deserves us being there and, if we can stay there, then fantastic."
