Nigel Worthington's side will have the chance to completely turn the tables on Alan Pardew's West Ham when the sides face off in the FA Cup in January.
The clubs have swapped divisions since they met at Upton Park at the same stage last season, a match won by the Irons, who were then the lower ranked side.
With the Eastenders now in the top flight and the Canaries struggling a level below, Worthington will hope for some respite and possibly similar inspiration, Marlon Harewood's winning goal having rejuvenated Pardew's team, who eventually gained promotion by the play-offs.
