Hartlepool United winger James Brown could follow Paul Stephenson from the North East to East Anglia, according to reports.
Stephenson is expected to join the Canaries coaching staff in the next few days, and Glenn Roeder is believed to have sent scouts to watch Brown, who has turned in some eye-catching displays in scoring eight goals from the wing so far this season.
Brown, 20, is also attracting attention from Hull, Watford, Sheffield United and Tottenham, and is said by the Sunderland Echo to have been targetted by Glasgow giants Rangers in the summer. He would not come cheap, however, with Hartlepool boss Danny Wilson reported to have laughed off a bid of £500,000.
