Jon Otsemobor, who began his career at Liverpool and played for the England under-21 side, has agreed to move to Carrow Road from Crewe Alexandra, where his performances last season won him a spot in the PFA Team of the Year for League One.
The 24-year-old full back had spells at Bolton and Hull before moving to Gresty Road and is likely to fill the troublesome spot on the right side of the Canaries back four.
