"There was an unsolicited inquiry from Norwich for Paul Dixon which has been rejected and we now consider the matter closed," was the stark statement from Dixon's club, Dundee.
The defender will remain at Dens Park unless an improved offer is made, although he has just a year left on his contract with the Scottish First Division Club.
