Worthington has four of his top players on the treatment table - Darren Kenton, Phil Mulryne, skipper Neil Emblen and Adam Drury are all receiving treatment and the Canaries boss should know by Friday how many of them will be able to make the trip to Selhurst Park on Saturday.
"Kenton's a back problem, Mulryne's is a groin, Emblen's is a groin and Drury is feeling his back from Saturday – time for me to get the boots on," Worthington told The Pink'un.
"We'll give them 48 hours, see where they're at and take it from there."
Worthington has a small squad compared to some of the other promotion challengers in the First Division and is still without two of his three right-sided midfielders, Darel Russell and Alex Notman.
