There was good news for Norwich City this morning as goalkeeper Robert Green's injury was revealed not to be as bad as had been feared.
Green was stretchered off and taken to hospital with his neck in a brace after a collision with Marlon Harewood late in the 2-1 FA Cup defeat to West Ham United. X-rays gave him the all-clear and he was released from care at 7pm yesterday.
Club physiotherapist Neal Reynolds will help monitor the England international's condition throughout the week but it is not yet known whether he will be available for next weekend's Coca Cola Championship match with Plymouth Argyle.
