In an interview with Sky Sports News broadcast this morning, Norwich and England goalkeeper Robert Green talked about his comeback from the heartbreaking groin injury that kept him out of the World Cup.
Green revealed that, with the permission of those managing his rehabilitation, he should be ready to resume training in about three weeks time.
The long-serving number one was also candid about his future, saying that he would have to look at his position if he were unable to dislodge Paul Gallacher from between the sticks, he would have to look elsewhere.
Green had been expected to seek a return to the Premiership this summer before his very public collapse with a ruptured groin in England's B international with Belarus. His contract is due to expire at the end of this season.
