Iliev in work permit difficulty

Norwich's chances of signing CSKA Sofia centre-back Valentin Iliev appear to have disappeared with the belief that the player would struggle to get a work permit.

Iliev has 11 caps for his native Bulgaria and has impressed on trial at Carrow Road this week. Norwich boss Glenn Roeder, however, believes the chances of Iliev joining Norwich or any other English club are 'unlikely'.
