Norwich manager Paul Lambert paid tribute to the progress being made by his side as they held on for a thrilling 4-3 win against Leicester. The Foxes opened the scoring through Martyn Waghorn's superb solo effort, but goals from Andrew Crofts, Adam Drury and a Wes Hoolahan brace ultimately earned Norwich victory. Leicester striker Matty Fryatt, who came on to score twice, was sent off late on and that effectively killed off any hopes they had of taking a point. Lambert said: "The early goal set us back a bit and it was just a case of regrouping and moving on. The lads did that and I thought their response was brilliant. "Towards the end of the game it was probably all a little too open - I would certainly have liked it to have been a little more comfortable - but I can't complain after that, the lads have been terrific. "What this team has done in a short space of time is unbelievable. When we came here a little over a year ago, we were near the bottom of League One and now we are third in the Championship."
