Murray's departure will signal arrivals

Former Rangers and Hibs star Ian Murray looks likely to return to Scotland in the very near future, but only when Glenn Roeder gets what he wants.

Roeder hinted to Canaries.co.uk that he would ideally have a couple of new faces in the squad for Saturday's trip to Leicester, but that he is not as close as he would have liked.

If the Norwich boss is successful in getting the recruits he wants, Murray will follow Julien Brellier, Chris Brown and David Strihavka throught the exit door. New Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen has been linked with a swoop for the former Easter Road favourite.
