Norwich boss Paul Lambert has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the visit of Hull to Carrow Road. Andrew Surman (knee) and Michael Nelson (ankle) remain the only two absentees as defensive duo Stephen Smith and Zak Whitbread have returned to full training following ankle and calf injuries respectively. Both will be hoping for a place in the matchday squad. Following the 1-0 win over Preston last weekend, Lambert is likely to name the same starting X1 which means skipper Grant Holt will be partnered up front by Chris Martin, leaving summer signing Simeon Jackson on the bench again. Simon Lappin is also expected to continue in midfield following his return to the starting line-up at the expense of Anthony McNamee, who dropped to the bench for the victory over North End.
