Evans, who made his first team debut against Norwich in the Carling Cup this season, has scored 12 times in 8 reserve matches for Sven Goran Eriksson's second string this season, as well as bagging a hat-trick against France U21s for Wales last night.
The 18-year-old joins until January 1st.
