Safri Goes Under The Knife

The Canaries midfielder, had to pull out of his countries recent World Cup qualifying game against Kenya last week to undergo the operation but manager Nigel Worthington is confident the 28-year-old midfielder will be ready for pre-season training which begins on 4th July.

"He's had this little niggle that's been something of an ongoing problem," Worthington told the clubs official website.

"So he's had a little operation just to tidy things up and, hopefully, that'll put it to bed once and for all."
