Zema Abbey has been out injured for over 4 months now and wont be back in action until next season. We think he needs cheering up, so we're sending him a big Get Well Soon card containing messages from all his fans to lift his spirits.

We promise that we will include all (sensible!) messages contributed, along with your name and location if you give them.
