Norwich manager Paul Lambert saluted a "tremendous" display from his side after the 3-0 win at Bristol City. Two goals from lively striker Simeon Jackson and a Wes Hoolahan penalty lifted the Canaries to third. "It was a tremendous performance by the lads," said Lambert. "Ashton Gate is never an easy place to get a result and, even though Bristol City are struggling at the moment, we had to play well. "But no-one is getting carried away at this early stage of the season. Through a combination of having good players at the club already and bringing in some talented new ones, we have adapted well to life in the Championship."
