Twenty two-year-old Calum Davenport joined fellow Tottenham youngster Dean Marney at Carrow Road on Monday in a three month loan deal to end Nigel Worthington's search for more bodies in the centre of defense.
Davenport, who joined Spurs from Coventry for £3million just over a year ago, is no stranger to the loan system, having featured for West Ham United and Southampton in spells last season. Several clubs were said to be interested in securing his signature for a loan spell this term.
The Bedford-born defender joins Kevin Lisbie, who made his debut as a substitute in the weekend win over Plymouth, as a short term loan in East Anglia, and the pair could feature against Watford at Vicarage Road on Tuesday night, as well as in the crunch derby clash with Ipswich Town on Sunday.
